Features and functions:

This extrusion line is suitable for producing all kinds of PE/PPR pipes of water supply, draining or industrial cable pipe. The main machine of this extrusion line is the single screw extruder, vacuum forming bath, spray water cooling bath, traction machine, cutter and product stacker. The single screw extruder and tractor machine adopt the imported AC frequency inverter. The vacuum pump and haul off motor use high quality product. According to different sizes of pipes, there are different designs of traction machine in two, three, four, six, eight, ten and twelve pedrails respectively. There are three designs of cutter in saw cutting, chipless cutting and planetary cutting with PLC control. KEBELN also provide special machines for producing spiral pipe, hollow pipe and foam-core pipe in PP, PE, PE-RT, PPR, PEX by exchanging suitable extruders and accessorial machines. Planetary cutting machine adopts fully automatic computer control, with convenient operation and reliable performance, reached the international leading level.
